EXCLUSIVE: My Chemical Romance Gets New Drummer!

For the past seven months, My Chemical Romance has been without a drummer. Lucky for us, we got an exclusive update from LIVE 105′s Megan Holiday who happens to be friends with the newly announced drummer for MCR! Find out all about him and see some photos by clicking the red tab!

From what Megan Holiday has told me his name is Mike Pedicone. Started in a hardcore band called The Bled and then drummed for Gavin Rossdale also he’s from Tucson AZ.

Mike Pedicone tweets: “So many questions from all ya killjoys! I am thrilled to be drumming in MCR exclusively and to be a part of the fam. See you all soon!”

On March 3, 2010, MCR announced on their official website that Bob Bryar (drummer) had left the band.

“As of 4 weeks ago, My Chemical Romance and Bob Bryar parted ways. This was a painful decision for all of us to make and was not taken lightly. We wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors and expect you all to do the same.”

The band did not state reasons on why he left.
