In last night’s presidential address, President Obama took time to thank the troops and intelligence personnel who have worked tirelessly over the past ten years to find Osama Bin Laden to bring justice to the families who have lost loved ones to terrorism, and to increase the strength of our national security.  Thousands of Americans responded on Facebook, Twitter and in gatherings in front of the White House and on the streets to celebrate the end of the mission to find Osama Bin Laden and to praise the hard-working troops and personnel who made the night’s good news possible.

Whether you’re an American soldier stationed in Afghanistan, elsewhere in the world, or right here at home, you have contributed to making today possible for Americans everywhere. Thank you for all that you do.
