(LIVE105) – Celebrating Orange Friday at AT&T Park, alt-rock band The Mowgli’s entertained Giants fans at Seal Plaza on Friday. Bay Area beer brewer, Lagunitas hosted the event that began two hours before the band would perform the National Anthem inside the ballpark.
Sporting their best San Francisco Giant’s gear, The Mowgli’s performed their songs “Love Is Easy,” “San Francisco” plus their two songs from the movies, “Say It, Say It” featured in the Adam Sandler/Drew Barrymore comedy “Blended” and from the soundtrack of the upcoming motion picture “Earth To Echo” titled “Your Friend.” The band also covered Hall & Oates “You Make My Dreams Come True.”

During a quick intermission, Dottie Lux and the ladies of Red Hot Burlesque, an all female entertainment troupe entertained the crowd with a sword swallower, a contortionist, and hula-hoop dancer.
When The Mowgli’s returned back to the stage, they performed “Clean Light,” “Through The Dark,” and a new song titled “They Don’t Make It Right.”

As they wrapped up their set, vocalist, Colin Dieden said “So we wrote this song because we really, really, really, really, really love this place, San Francisco. Thank you guys for being here and loving us. We love you so much!” Appropriately enough, they closed out their show at AT&T Park with another rendition of their song “San Francisco” with the crowd joyfully singing along. Giants’ baseball fans will recall the song used frequently during the 2012 World Series.
